Civil service officers from all over India are currently attending a Foundation Course at Dr MCR HRD Institute. During the course, they put on a cultural program called “Arth-Sankhya-Kala.” The program featured 23 performances from 90 officer trainees. These performances included folk dances from various states, such as Maharashtra’s Lezim and Lavni, Rajasthan’s Meena Ghungavati, and Bhangra.
