Dr. Laxman accuses Congress of spreading malicious propaganda against Modi and BJP

The BJP OBC Morcha national president, Dr. K Laxman, said that the Congress is spreading negative propaganda against the party because they are worried about PM Narendra Modi winning the upcoming Parliament elections. However, he believes that the BJP will win with a majority.

Dr. Laxman, along with State leaders Poreddy Kishore, Sunitha Reddy, and Sangappa, held a joint media conference. He mentioned that Modi has focused on development and welfare for the poor and has made historic decisions in the past 10 years, such as the abrogation of Article 370 and the construction of Ram Mandir. They also released a white paper on the Congress governments, specifically focusing on the 10 years of UPA rule from 2004 to 2014.

Dr. Laxman highlighted how Modi has exposed the anti-people policies, corruption scandals, and discrimination against various communities by previous Prime Ministers, ranging from Nehru to Rajiv Gandhi. He also criticized Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of personally attacking him without discussing the issues raised.

Dr. Laxman criticized the Congress for suppressing leaders from SC, ST, and BC communities for political gain. He claimed that the Congress is now pretending to care about these communities in order to secure their votes, but in reality, they have never fully supported Dr BR Ambedkar. He also mentioned that Rajiv Gandhi opposed BC reservations, claiming it would divide the country.

Dr. Laxman explained that Modi’s community was recognized as OBCs in 1994 under the Congress government in Gujarat. He accused the Congress of falsely claiming that it only happened after Modi became Gujarat CM in 2001. He also pointed out that the Congress has a history of insulting OBC leaders.

Dr. Laxman mentioned that during discussions about the construction of Ram Mandir in Parliament, the Congress and AIMIM could not accept it. He criticized the Congress for boycotting the ‘Prana Pratishta’ and accused them of insulting Hindus. He warned that the Congress will face consequences in the upcoming days.

He concluded by mentioning that the BJP government in Uttarakhand has fulfilled its election promise by adopting the UCC Bill.
