During the meeting, the Collector highlighted the importance of conducting the survey carefully to ensure that eligible beneficiaries are identified without any mistakes. He also urged officials to address challenges at the field level in various mandals and review the collected beneficiary details, including their online uploads.

Key Directives Issued by the Collector

The Collector issued several important directives to ensure the smooth progress of the scheme:

1. Pending Applications: Officials were directed to complete all pending applications at the village level. Panchayat district officials were specifically tasked with overseeing this process.

2. Daily Monitoring: Mandal Parishad Development Officers (MPDOs) are required to hold teleconferences with supervisors, assign daily targets, and gather progress updates three times a day.

3. Field Supervision: Supervisors and surveyors must work on-site without fail. MPDOs are responsible for monitoring their performance regularly.

4. Timely Data Entry: Data entry should begin early in the morning and be completed promptly. Delays in meeting targets will result in necessary actions.

5. Network Challenges: In areas with poor network connectivity, physical applications need to be accepted for data entry purposes.

6. Staff Shortage: Additional staff should be deployed for surveys if there are shortages in the current team.

7. Partial Applications: Partially saved applications should be reviewed. Valid applications should either be fully registered, or reasons for incomplete surveys must be properly recorded.

8. Online Authentication: Surveyors must use only the PM Awas app for online authentication.

Focus on Accuracy and Timely Completion

The Collector stressed the importance of following government guidelines to collect accurate information and record it properly in the Indiramma app. He emphasized that completing the Indiramma Housing Scheme survey on time is mandatory.

Key Attendees

The meeting was attended by Additional Collectors Lakshmi Narayana and Narsing Rao, Zilla Parishad CEO Kanthamma, DPO Shyam Sundar, District Agriculture Officer Zakariya Naik, MPDOs, and other concerned officials.
