On Saturday, a review meeting was held at the IDOC meeting hall to discuss the progress of these schemes. Officials from various departments attended to offer updates and discuss next steps.

During the meeting, the District Additional Collector emphasized the importance of transparency in the selection process. He directed officials to complete field-level verification of eligible farmers for the Rythu Bharosa scheme and ensure their details are added to the beneficiary list. Similarly, he asked for the preparation of lists for financial aid under Indiramma Aathmiya Bharosa and the acceleration of house allotments under the Indiramma Housing Scheme.

A clear timeline was set for the process. The field verification work will begin on January 16 and must be completed by January 18. A review of the data will take place on January 19, and the final beneficiary list is to be submitted by January 20. From January 21 to January 24, Gram Sabhas will be conducted to finalize the beneficiaries based on the prepared lists.

To ensure proper supervision, it was suggested that each mandal be divided into two parts, with a Deputy Tahsildar assigned to each. Supporting staff, including senior or junior assistants and computer operators, will assist in data verification and surveys to maintain accuracy.

The meeting was attended by several key officials, including District Additional Collector Narsing Rao, Agricultural Officer Veerabhadrappa, District Agriculture Officer Sakriya Naik, ADA Sangeeta Lakshmi, Tahsildars, RI officers, mandal agriculture officers, and other staff members from the Collectorate.

The District Additional Collector concluded by urging officials to work diligently to meet the deadlines and prioritize the welfare of farmers and poor families in the district.
