The Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation (TSMFC) gave cars to 100 people as part of their empowerment program. The cars were provided under the ‘Driver cum Owner’ scheme, which is meant for unemployed youth who want to work as drivers. The beneficiaries were selected by the TSMFC after accepting applications from eligible individuals. The cars were handed over by Mohammed Mahmood Ali, the Home Minister, along with MLA Prakash Goud and other important people. The event took place at Metro Classic Garden Function Hall in Aramgarh.
In addition to this, the Minister also inaugurated double bedroom houses in Dignity Colony at Dundigal. A total of 2,550 double bedroom housing units were given to the beneficiaries.
Furthermore, the Minister launched the ‘Chief Minister’s breakfast scheme’ at Manna Trust Midday Meal Centralised Kitchen in Uppal. This event was attended by Ronald Rose, the GHMC commissioner.
Lastly, Mahmood Ali laid the foundation for the construction of the new Rachakonda Police Commissionerate building in Medipally.
