Director General of Police Anjani Kumar, IPS, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony of a five-day orientation program for 42 officers who recently joined the CID through transfers and promotions. The program took place at the CID conference hall of the DGP office in Hyderabad.
During his speech, the DGP shared his thoughts with the officers and urged them to work with commitment and a sense of belongingness towards the organization. He emphasized the importance of bringing qualitative improvement, teamwork, and professionalism in their work.
The DGP also highlighted the significant changes in policing since the formation of Telangana State. Throughout the orientation program, various experts from within the CID and outside delivered sessions on scientific aid to investigation, center of excellence, fingerprint bureau, economic offenses, general offenses, cybercrime, SC/ST atrocities act cases, and other crimes investigations.
The program was inaugurated by the ADGP, CID last week.
