During the IPL 2023 final between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans, MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja shared a moment that caught the attention of fans. After Jadeja bowled and Dhoni whipped the bails off against Shubman Gill, there was an eye-contact moment between the two that seemed to indicate they were convinced. The third umpire confirmed the out after looking at replays, but it was the eye-talk between Jadeja and Dhoni that stole the moment. The incident happened in the seventh over of the match, and Gill had to walk back to the pavilion after scoring 39 runs off 20 balls.
