Nagarkurnool: On Thursday, District Education Officer (DEO) A. Ramesh Kumar made a surprise visit to the Urban Residential School in Nagarkurnool town. During his inspection, he visited the school kitchen to check the quality of food being prepared for the students. He also examined the storeroom and dormitory halls to assess the overall conditions.
The DEO interacted with the students to gather their feedback about the meals served at the school. He emphasized the importance of providing nutritious and high-quality food to ensure the students’ health and well-being.
Noting that the Urban Residential School primarily serves orphaned children, DEO Ramesh Kumar urged the staff to take extra care of the students’ health and nutrition. He also discussed the distribution of uniforms and evaluated the standards maintained at the school.
The DEO highlighted the need for punctuality among the staff and instructed them to report on time to better support the students. Additionally, he directed the staff to ensure immediate medical assistance is provided if any student faces health issues.
