Science Kits Distributed to Teachers in Nagarkurnool
In Nagarkurnool, District Education Officer (DEO) A. Ramesh Kumar handed out science kits to science teachers. He highlighted the importance of making classroom teaching engaging to spark students’ interest in science.
The DEO stressed that technical progress is possible only when students excel in subjects like science, mathematics, physics, and chemistry. He encouraged biology and physical science teachers to use experiments to make learning more interesting for students in government schools.
These science kits were given to teachers who attended a special training program. The program focused on conducting experiments in biology and physical science and was organized by the District Education Department in collaboration with the Science Academy and Tech Mahindra.
Several officials and educators attended the event. Participants included sectoral officers Sharafuddin, Nooruddin, and Shobharani, along with members of the Biology Forum such as Shekhar Goud and Jagadeeshwar Reddy. FPSC members Nagaraju and Krishna Reddy, as well as Science Academy members Satyanand, Revathi, and Ameer, were also present, along with science teachers from various schools.
