A BJP leader’s daughter, Kavuri Srivani, was arrested at Shamshabad International Airport in Hyderabad by the Maharashtra Police. She was arrested in connection with a cheating case in Maharashtra. The police had issued a Look Out Circular (LoC) for Srivani. She had come to the airport to leave for Dubai, but the airport authorities alerted the Maharashtra Police. They arrived at the airport and took her into custody. Srivani was then taken to Maharashtra on a Prisoner in Transit (PT) warrant after being produced in the Rajendranagar court.
