Cyberabad Police Arrests Two Inter-State Burglary Gangs

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Central Crime Station (CCS), along with the Madhapur and Balanagar zone police, arrested two inter-state house burglary gangs from Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh. A total of six members were caught, and 35 burglary cases were solved.

These gangs were involved in both house burglaries and automobile thefts. Out of the 35 cases, six were serious crimes, while the other 30 were less severe. The crimes took place in various areas, with 17 cases being reported in Cyberabad, nine in Rachakonda, five in Sangareddy, four in Medak, and one in Nalgonda districts.

The arrested individuals are Karan Manohar Babar (23), Pyar Singh Bavula (27), Dhebra Bavula (37), Kadak Singh (38), Thakur Ediya (30), and Kuman Ediya (30).

However, eight other members of the gang—Sumer Singh, Mohan, Arjun, Daya Singh, Kailash, Bhuriya, Rohith Soni, and Gourav—are still on the run.

According to the police, since 2020 until the end of September 2024, the gang committed 35 house burglaries and one case of automobile theft.
