The Cyberabad police recently celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day with enthusiasm and participation from police personnel. The event took place at the Cyberabad Police Parade Grounds and aimed to promote health, well-being, and stress management among the force.
The celebrations began at 6:30 am with a special yoga session that included various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
During the event, Cyberabad CAR Hqtrs ADCP Shameer highlighted the significance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental health. He encouraged everyone to incorporate yoga into their daily routine to improve overall well-being and performance.
Yoga Instructor Nikhil Sharma emphasized that yoga is not just an exercise but a way to find balance in life. It helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance the ability to handle work and personal life pressures.
DCP Admin Ravichandan Reddy, inspectors, and other staff members also attended the event.
