The Chief Minister suggested several changes to the proposed designs and stressed the importance of equipping the hospital with modern, comprehensive facilities. He directed officials to finalize plans with a focus on future needs, such as road networks, parking spaces, a mortuary, and other critical infrastructure. He also emphasized the need for forward-thinking designs to avoid complications during future expansions, such as road-widening or flyover construction.

Additionally, the Chief Minister highlighted the importance of creating green spaces and parks within the hospital premises to provide a peaceful environment for patients and visitors. He instructed officials to prepare plans that ensure the hospital is equipped with facilities on par with corporate hospitals.

The Chief Minister urged all necessary preparations to be completed in time to lay the foundation stone for the hospital by the end of this month. The new Osmania General Hospital is expected to be a state-of-the-art facility with advanced infrastructure to cater to the growing needs of the community.
