Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and other Congress leaders celebrated the 78th birthday of Sonia Gandhi, the Chairperson of the Congress Parliamentary Party. The celebration took place at Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad. Former MP V Hanumantha Rao prepared a 78 kg cake for the occasion. Many leaders, including AICC in-charge Manik Rao Thakre, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, participated in the program. They praised Sonia Gandhi for her efforts in the formation of Telangana State and considered her as a mother to the people of Telangana. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy stated that December 9 holds a special place in the history of Telangana and that Sonia Gandhi will always be remembered by the people.
