The Congress leaders have filed a complaint with the State Election Commission against Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay Kumar. They have accused him of making inappropriate remarks about the Congress party during an election campaign.
A group of Congress leaders, led by MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, formally submitted their complaint to Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. They alleged that Bandi Sanjay used a cricket analogy to criticize Congress.
According to the complaint, Bandi Sanjay reportedly said that if voters supported Congress in the graduate elections, it would be like a victory for Pakistan, whereas voting for BJP would mean a win for India. The Congress leaders argued that this statement violated the model code of conduct.
The complaint also criticized Bandi Sanjay’s remarks as “immature and insane,” especially considering his position as a Union Minister. They urged the Election Commission to take appropriate action against him.
