Each revenue village will have one enumerator responsible for visiting every household. They will count 16 types of animals such as buffaloes, cows, chickens, sheep, and goats. The data will be entered into a mobile app.

The Collector explained that based on the census data, resources like vaccinations and medicines for disease control will be provided to the animals. He urged cattle owners to cooperate by giving accurate information to the enumerators.
