On Wednesday, the Collector visited the Government High School at the local N.S.P camp, where awareness and motivational classes were being conducted for tenth-grade students.

During his speech, he explained that fear is natural and experienced by everyone. He compared it to the fear of accidents while driving and said that managing fear over time is important. He advised students to prepare in advance to reduce exam fear.

He stressed that nothing in life comes easily, and only hard work gives value to one’s efforts. He urged students to follow a regular study schedule and not to postpone tasks. He warned that delaying work could lead to failure in achieving goals and a loss of future opportunities.

The Collector also advised students to take care of their health, especially in the coming month. He told them to avoid junk food and eat healthy meals. He reminded them that being healthy is necessary to perform well in exams.

He encouraged students to focus on their goals instead of worrying about what they lack. He said failures happen when people dwell on their weaknesses instead of working hard. He also reminded them not to blame others for their failures, as success depends on their own efforts.

The Collector urged students to believe in themselves and prepare well. He suggested helping friends who may be weak in certain subjects so that everyone can perform well together.

He motivated students to write their exams with confidence despite any obstacles. He also encouraged them to help others after achieving success in life.

Earlier, the Collector listened to a motivational session conducted by speaker Nageshwar Rao. He advised students to work hard to achieve good results and make their parents proud.

He also emphasized the importance of time management, advising students to avoid anger, laziness, and excessive mobile phone use. He suggested staying away from phones for a month before exams to boost confidence and performance. He assured them that with dedication, they could achieve anything they set their minds to.

District Education Officer Somasekhar Sharma, school principal Rajendra Prasad, assistant teachers, and others were present at the event.
