CM Revanth urges doctors to contribute to State growth

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has urged doctors to use their knowledge to help the state grow. Speaking at the inauguration of a new medical college building, he praised the efforts of State Medical and Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha and other officials. Despite the Centre’s rejection, they worked hard to get approval for eight pending medical colleges. He said this shows the sincerity of the government in serving the people.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the government is working to improve infrastructure in the new medical college. He encouraged students to make the most of the facilities available. He also recalled Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s words, stating that true development happens when welfare schemes benefit those in need.

Revanth Reddy noted that MLAs understand the needs of the people. He assured that the government is committed to making education accessible to the poor. He reminded students that being a doctor is not just a job but a great responsibility. If doctors excel in their profession, they can provide better services to society.

The Chief Minister also announced that the medical college would be named after Chittem Narsi Reddy, who served the people of the area for 50 years. He instructed officials to take the necessary steps to make this happen, honoring Narsi Reddy’s contributions to society.
