Telangana to Hold Local Body Elections Soon, Announces CM Revanth Reddy
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has announced that local body elections will be held soon in the state. He encouraged party leaders and workers to actively promote government welfare schemes and ensure these programs benefit every household.
Speaking at a recent meeting, CM Revanth revealed plans to launch a new initiative called the Rythu Bharosa scheme on January 26. Under this program, agricultural laborers will receive financial assistance of Rs 12,000 annually to support their livelihoods.
In addition, the Chief Minister shared that the government has allocated Rs 21,000 crore to waive farm loans. This move aims to reduce the financial burden on farmers and strengthen their economic stability.
CM Revanth urged party members to intensify their efforts at the grassroots level. He emphasized the importance of creating awareness about the state’s developmental initiatives and ensuring that the benefits reach those in need.
