Chief Minister Revanth Reddy recently shared his plans for a new “Future City” in Telangana, also known as the Fourth City. He said this city will become a major hub for investment and business. While cities like Chandigarh were known for being newly built, Revanth said Future City will set an example for cities across India.
Speaking during Ugadi celebrations, Revanth explained that Future City is not just about business. It will also help create jobs and provide a good quality of life for people. He expressed hope that Telangana will continue to grow and become more prosperous in the coming year.
Revanth also talked about the state budget. He said it focuses on important areas like helping farmers, giving poor children access to education, improving healthcare, and creating employment opportunities. He praised the budget, comparing its freshness and promise to the Ugadi festival. He also shared that he and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka are working together to improve the lives of people in the state.
In his speech, Revanth reminded citizens about the Food Security Act introduced by the Congress government. This law makes sure that all poor families receive rice. He proudly announced that Telangana has set a new record by producing 1.56 crore tonnes of paddy, becoming one of the top rice producers in India. The government now plans to ensure that this rice reaches those who need it most.
Revanth ended by saying that this is not the time for politics. Instead, it is a time to focus on development. He said the government is working hard to improve Telangana and hopes to make Hyderabad known around the world.
