Telangana CM Launches Program to Support Civil Services Aspirants
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has inaugurated the Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastam program at Praja Bhavan in Hyderabad. This initiative is designed to support candidates from the state who have been shortlisted for civil services interviews. As part of the program, each candidate will receive financial aid of ₹1 lakh to help them prepare without financial stress.
During the event, CM Revanth Reddy highlighted the significance of the initiative. He explained that the formation of Telangana was driven by a vision to create better job and livelihood opportunities for the people. “While we aimed to address the injustices faced during the united Andhra Pradesh era, our state experienced even greater inequalities. With a people-first government in place, Pragathi Bhavan has been transformed into Praja Bhavan to better serve the public,” he said.
The Chief Minister also encouraged the aspirants to aim for top ranks in the civil services exams. He noted that their success would bring pride to the state and contribute to its growth. “It would be a matter of great pride if our students secure top positions and dedicate their services to Telangana,” he added.
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka shared his happiness over the candidates’ success. “There is no greater joy than seeing our students pass the civils interviews. The government’s support ensures they can concentrate on their studies without worrying about financial difficulties. We are proud that 20 candidates from Telangana are attending the interviews this year,” he said.
This program reflects the state government’s commitment to empowering its youth and fostering their success in competitive exams.
