Mahbubnagar MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for approving the establishment of an engineering and a law college at Palamuru University in Mahabubnagar.
During a congratulatory event at the university, Reddy described the day as a “dream come true.” He recalled his long efforts to secure funding for the university, dating back to 2012 during the Telangana movement, when he worked closely with students and union leaders.
Reddy shared how their hard work paid off when the former Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy granted 18 crore in funding to the university. He emphasized that Palamuru University’s success is a result of collective efforts, not just the work of any single person. He credited both the state and central governments for the university’s progress.
The MLA encouraged students to set high goals and take full advantage of the university’s resources. He urged them to take their first step with determination, stating his vision for Palamuru University to become a center of innovation by collaborating with prestigious institutions like IITs and gaining recognition on the global stage.
