A delegation led by Cushman and Wakefield Asia Pacific CEO Matthew Bouw met with Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat in Hyderabad. The meeting was attended by IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu and other officials.
During the meeting, the delegation and Reddy discussed the rapid development of Hyderabad as a global city and growth in various sectors. The delegation presented findings from their study, highlighting the city’s significant growth in leasing, office space, construction, residential space, and real estate over the past six months.
The delegation informed the CM that a report on the development of metro cities in the country would be released by the end of July. Reddy expressed his vision for Hyderabad to become a wonderful city through projects like the Musi Riverfront Development Project, Regional Ring Road (RRR), and Metro Rail expansion.
Reddy emphasized that Hyderabad should not only compete with other cities in India but also strive to become one of the best cities globally. He mentioned the increasing number of people from Telangana living in the US and returning to Hyderabad, underscoring the need for the city to be developed on par with international cities like New York.
