He praised the unique nature of the Dalit Bandhu scheme and its success stories that have brought about positive changes in the lives of Dalit communities. The scheme aligns with Dr. BR Ambedkar’s vision of promoting Dalits as entrepreneurs.

He recognized CM KCR’s vision behind the Dr. BR Ambedkar Secretariat, which aims to develop Dalits and other oppressed communities.
Furthermore, Azad commended the implementation of the Ambedkar Overseas Education Fund Scheme, which provides financial assistance to Dalit students for studying in foreign universities.
