City schools achieve 100 percent pass in CBSE results.

The CBSE announced the results for the class 10 and 12 board exams on Friday. Most schools in Hyderabad had a pass percentage of 100, but the national pass percentage for CBSE class 12 decreased by 5% compared to last year. However, school officials attribute this year’s success to students’ ability to adapt to physical classroom instructions after the pandemic. Rupendra Singh from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Picket, reported that out of 201 students, 200 performed well in their class 10 exams, and eight students achieved over 95% in their class 12 exams.

Similarly, Suchitra Academy in Secunderabad reported that 16 students scored above 90% in all subjects, while eight students achieved a perfect score of 100/100. The school representative was proud to announce that the overall class average was an impressive 81%. Female students outperformed male students across all streams, including commerce, MPC, humanities, and class 10.

Dr. Narsimha Reddy, Principal of Hyderabad Public School, Ramanthapur, said that the school achieved 100% results. Out of the 51 students who appeared for class 10 exams, more than 63% achieved distinction.

Aditi Kedia, a student of Suchitra Academy who secured 95.8% in class 12 CBSE, was happy with her results despite thinking she would only score above 60%. Dhanya Shankar, a student of Sister Nivedita School, achieved an outstanding score of 98.4% in her exams. She attended online classes for two years and was worried about performing well after the pandemic as these marks would determine college admission.
