The 93rd Free Mega Health and Cancer Screening Camp took place in Hyderabad on Sunday. It was organized by the Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills and Sakina Foundation, in partnership with MNJ and Oak hospitals. Over 200 people attended the camp, which offered a range of healthcare services such as cancer screening, mammography, cervical screenings, ECG, orthopedic, gynecology, pediatrician, blood tests, and consultation. The aim of the camp was to promote early detection and improved survival rates.
The organizers stated that the camp aimed to fulfill people’s right to health. More than 200 individuals from the local community and marginalized communities participated in the camp.
The event was attended by various dignitaries including Film Nagar Inspector MGS Ramakrishna, Golconda Inspector Nune Venkateshwarlu, and members of the Rotary Club and Sakina Foundation. Asif Hussain Sohail, Chairman of Sakina Foundation, expressed gratitude to healthcare professionals and volunteers for their support in conducting free health camps.
