**Hyderabad:** Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is planning to visit the United States for a week starting August 3, right after the state Assembly’s budget session ends.
This trip is significant because the Chief Minister aims to attract large-scale investments from U.S.-based companies. During his stay, Revanth will visit Dallas and other states to engage with potential investors. He plans to meet top CEOs of major U.S. companies.
Officials have mentioned that the Chief Minister is expected to meet heads of IT giants like Microsoft and Google, among other well-known software companies. He is also likely to meet Elon Musk, the head of Tesla and the world’s richest person, although this meeting is not yet confirmed.
Sources revealed that the CM had already signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with some U.S. companies during his recent visit to Davos for the World Economic Summit. These agreements are worth around Rs 40,000 crore. Revanth will meet these investors again to review the progress of these MoUs.
Additionally, the Chief Minister will meet with Telangana NRIs to promote Telangana as a prime investment destination. He will emphasize that the government is committed to providing all necessary facilities for investors.
Lastly, the CM will meet an American official delegation and invite them to visit Telangana to observe the state’s rapid development.
