Chada Venkat Reddy accuses BJP government of undermining cooperative sector

Chada Venkat Reddy, a member of CPI National Working Committee, criticized the BJP government for harming the cooperative sector in the country. He made these remarks as the chief guest at a conference for Employment Guarantee Workers in Sircilla. Venkat Reddy highlighted the unfulfilled promises made by the BJP to repeal agricultural laws and expressed concern about farmers facing legal issues and lack of compensation for those who died during protests.

The CPI leader urged activists to remove the BJP government and demanded tools like spades and shovels for workers in villages. He also called for regular wages for laborers and compensation of Rs 10 lakh for families of deceased workers.

The conference was organized by Telangana Agricultural Labour Union at Lahari Function Hall in Sircilla. Venkat Reddy’s speech focused on the challenges faced by the agricultural sector and the need for government support for workers.
