The upcoming IT park is expected to enhance Hyderabad’s status as a leading technology and business hub. It is designed to attract top-tier companies and meet the rising demand for premium office spaces and global capability centers (GCCs). Chief Minister Revanth Reddy hailed the project as a milestone, emphasizing its role in solidifying Hyderabad’s reputation as a preferred destination for global businesses.

In addition to the IT park, CapitaLand’s previously announced 25 MW IT load data center in Hyderabad is progressing as planned and is expected to become operational by mid-2025. This initiative highlights Hyderabad’s growing importance as a key center for digital infrastructure in India.

CapitaLand has also announced the second phase of redevelopment at the International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), which will begin this year and is scheduled for completion by 2028. These developments underline the Telangana government’s dedication to boosting economic growth and further cementing Hyderabad’s position as a global business destination.
