The customer, named Robin Jacques, bought the chocolate for his children while riding the metro. He purchased it from a retail shop in Peta Metro Station. When he got home and opened the chocolate, he discovered a worm on it. Shocked, he took a video and posted it on Twitter, accusing the company of selling expired chocolate that could harm consumers’ health.
After the video gained attention online, both netizens and officials from GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) and Cadbury Dairy Milk responded to the tweet. They assured that appropriate action would be taken in response to the incident.
