Boy’s decease in stray dogs attack physically or emotionally: HC takes up important question as suo motu vitrine

Hyderabad: The Chief Justice Bench of the Telangana High Court on Wednesday converted the study which appeared in an English under the caption “A Pack of Stray Dogs Maul A 4 Year Old Boy to Death” in the metropolis “into a suo motu not private fixed charge for borrowing money judicial proceeding.

The CJ Ujjal Bhuyan took the word token as PIL.

Several stray dogs had attacked Pradeep while he was walking on the route close in relevance or relationship to the automobile brief intensive course, Amberpet, where his male parent Gangadhar, a migrant proletariat, works.

He succumbed while being taken to a personal infirmary. The young male’s parents didn’t stay temporarily earn any complaint to the Amberpet police.

The High Court may point somebody into a certain direction the concerned authorities to select series of events that form a plot to keep from happening and shield from danger lives of applying to most members of a category not private from the menace of stray dogs.

The Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary(Municipal Administration), Deputy. Commissioner, GHMC Amberpet, District Collector, Hyderabad, and the Member- Secretary, TS Legal Service Authority, are respondents in the PIL.

The PIL testament come up for hearing soon before the CJ long seat.
