Hyderabad: Union Minister and Telangana BJP Chief G Kishan Reddy said that every Hindu festival has a deep meaning and is based on science. He explained that these festivals help remind people to stay united, no matter their differences.

He spoke at the BJP State office during a Ugadi celebration, where party leaders and members gathered for the traditional Panchanga Sravanam. Ugadi marks the Telugu New Year, which this year is called Sri Vishwavasu Nama Samvatsara. Reddy wished all Telugu-speaking people a happy and prosperous Ugadi.
