Telangana BJP Leader Criticizes Chief Minister Revanth Reddy
Telangana BJP’s chief spokesperson, K Krishna Sagar Rao, criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for neglecting governance and development after just one year in office. According to Rao, the Chief Minister’s recent speech, delivered on Tuesday, revealed his frustration and helplessness.
The BJP leader pointed out that a large portion of Revanth Reddy’s speech was focused on blaming BJP State President and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy. Rao remarked that the speech made it seem as though Kishan Reddy, not Revanth Reddy, was the Chief Minister of Telangana.
“If development plans need to be created by Kishan Reddy and funds arranged by him, then what is the role of Revanth Reddy as the Chief Minister?” Rao questioned. He emphasized that it is the Chief Minister’s responsibility to plan, raise, and allocate resources for the state’s development.
Rao also urged Revanth Reddy to take accountability for his role as the elected leader of the state. He criticized the Chief Minister for blaming Union Minister Kishan Reddy and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the lack of funds, stating that the issue stems from the CM’s own mismanagement.
