Minister Patnam Mahender Reddy of Telangana received birthday wishes from officials of the Information and Public Relations Department. The officials celebrated by cutting a cake, presenting him with a shawl and bouquet of flowers. Other department officials and staff also conveyed their birthday wishes to Mahender Reddy.
