Warangal: Nabeel Afridi, a young man from Waddepally in Hanumakonda, is chasing his dream of making it to the silver screen. A YouTuber by profession, Nabeel gained widespread recognition as a contestant on the popular reality TV show Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8, hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna. The show concluded on December 15, with Nabeel finishing in third place, after winner Nikhil Maliyakkal and runner-up Gautham.
Despite facing challenges in getting opportunities to showcase his talent, Nabeel carved his own path by creating short films, comedy sketches, and music videos on his YouTube channel, Warangal Diaries. His hard work and creativity eventually paid off when he was selected for Bigg Boss. During his 15-week stay in the house, he impressed viewers with his performance and reportedly earned Rs 2 lakh per week.
On Monday, Nabeel received a grand welcome in Hanumakonda. Former Chief Whip D Vinay Bhaskar, who also hails from Waddepally, personally greeted him and wished him success in achieving greater heights in his television and film career.
