BIE cautions private junior colleges about illegal admissions

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TS BIE) has warned private junior colleges against unauthorized admission activities. The board received complaints about some colleges conducting pre-admissions and misleading testing procedures before the official admission notification is issued. Any violation of this warning will result in serious action being taken.

The admission schedule for the academic year 2024-25 has not been released yet. Therefore, students and parents are advised not to take admissions in junior colleges before the official schedule is announced by the Board. The provisional affiliation process for 2024-25 is ongoing, and a list of affiliated junior colleges will be available on the TSBIE websites. It is important for parents to admit their children only to these affiliated junior colleges.

Any deviation from the schedule set by the Board is considered a violation of norms and will be dealt with seriously. Strict compliance with the rules and regulations is necessary for all institutions. Parents and students are urged to follow the official admission schedule provided by TSBIE to avoid any issues.
