Hyderabad: State IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu announced that the ground-breaking ceremony (Bhumi Puja) for the upcoming “AI City” in Maheswaram will take place after the Ugadi festival.
On Friday, Minister Sridhar Babu officially opened the India Delivery and Operations Centre of “Clear Intelligence” in Hyderabad.
During the event, he shared that the government is planning to build a modern “Future City” focused on sustainable development. As part of this plan, a high-tech AI City will be developed over 200 acres. The project aims to meet the future needs of society, and several tech companies have already expressed interest in setting up their offices there.
The Minister said that the State government wants Hyderabad to be seen as a leading hub for technology worldwide. He also mentioned that many industrialists are showing interest in investing in Telangana, and the government is ready to support them.
Sridhar Babu added that with rapid technological changes, new challenges are constantly emerging. To address them, fresh ideas and innovations are needed. The government is prepared to encourage such innovations. He praised Clear Intelligence for setting up its Indian branch in Hyderabad, where it will offer services in artificial intelligence, data engineering, business intelligence, cloud solutions, and more.
