Bhavani Kallepu, a social activist and cultural leader from Hyderabad, has been named as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). This appointment recognizes her significant contributions to social service and cultural activities.
Speaking about her new role, Bhavani expressed her joy and called it an honor to serve in such an important position. She assured that she would fully adhere to the committee’s rules, regulations, and guidelines. Bhavani also pledged to work closely with other board members and officials to fulfill her responsibilities. She thanked the central government for placing its trust in her and promised to uphold the board’s standards during her term.
According to an official notification issued by Shefali Kumar, the Regional Officer for Hyderabad’s CBFC, Bhavani has been appointed to the committee for a two-year period.
Her appointment has been met with enthusiasm and support from the community. Several prominent individuals, including Ravi Dannapuneni, Vasudevarao, and Ajith Sagi, have expressed their excitement and congratulated Bhavani on her new role.
