Bhadradri Devasthanam in Khammam introduces online services.

Bhadrachalam Sitaramachandraswamy Devasthanam, also known as South Ayodhya, is now becoming more technologically advanced to offer more online services. They have started a major computerization initiative in all of their key areas. One of the new services is the ability for devotees to book accommodation online, which became available on Wednesday.

Since L Ramadevi became the Executive Officer of the temple, she has been focusing on providing better facilities for the devotees. On August 11, Anil Kumar, the Endowment Commissioner, officially launched the online services and the website for booking accommodations. Since Wednesday, the booking services have been gradually rolled out.

The temple is offering 16 AC cottages within the premises, as well as AC and non-AC rooms in Sri Rama Nilayam, Soumitri, and Sri Ramasadanam. The TTD-built accommodation complex, costing Rs 5 crore, will also be made available for online booking soon. Currently, Janaki Sadan is still under construction and will be included in the online service once completed.

The online pooja services have received a positive response from devotees. Around 24 types of poojas and services are now available online. Tickets for the Sunday Abhishekam are also available online. Some special tickets are reserved for VVIPs and VIPs.

To ensure the best services for devotees, the facilities are being modernized. Grievance boxes have been placed on the temple premises and central offices to collect feedback and quickly address any issues or concerns.
