The Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned the hearing of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s writ petition in the Kodi Kathi attack case to six weeks. The court also ordered the NIA Court to file a counter to the petition. YS Jagan had filed the petition in the High Court after his plea for a probe into the attack was dismissed by the NIA Court. The attack took place at Visakhapatnam International Airport on October 25, 2018. The High Court judge had previously adjourned the hearing to October 17, and on Tuesday, YS Jagan’s counsel appealed for a deeper investigation into the attack.
