In Gadwal, District Additional Collector Apoorva Chauhan stressed the importance of diligence during the Lok Sabha election counting. Counting supervisors, assistants, and micro observers received training in the collector’s office conference hall. Chauhan emphasized following election rules for the Nagar Kurnool Parliament counting process.
It is important to perform duties according to the rules, Chauhan said. Special buses will be provided for counting staff to ensure they arrive on time. The counting process must be carried out carefully, starting with postal ballots at 8:00 AM and EVMs at 8:30 AM. Results for each round should be recorded and shared. In Gadwal, there will be 16 counting tables and 14 in Alampur. The control unit will be turned on in the presence of agents to record votes.
Officials were instructed to conduct election duties smoothly and without any disruptions during the counting process. RDO Ram Chander, DRDO Narsinga Rao, Trainer Timma Reddy, and election department staff participated in the training program.
