Hyderabad: The High Court on Tuesday dismissed a quash petition filed by former minister and BRS leader K T Rama Rao. Following this decision, officials from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) held a meeting to plan their next steps regarding the ongoing investigation.

The ACB is expected to request key documents from officials involved in the agreement, including the then Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar and former HMDA chief engineer BLN Reddy. Investigators also plan to gather details about the companies that withdrew after the first race. Additionally, they aim to examine the regulations followed for Formula E Operations (FEO) and the roles played by HMDA and Revenue officials.

On Tuesday, ACB teams visited several sites, including the Greenko offices in Hyderabad, Ace Urban Race, Ace Urban Developers in Machilipatnam, and Ace NextGen in Madhapur.
