India has now installed over 200,000 mobile sites for its 5G network, with the latest one being commissioned in Gangotri. The site was opened by Union Minister for Communications and IT Ashwini Vaishnaw and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Vaishnaw said that a new 5G site is being activated every minute, which is a great achievement for India. The Prime Minister has said that India will lead the world in 6G technology.
