The Telangana Narcotics Bureau (TSNAB) conducted raids in Hyderabad on Monday and found drugs at an apartment in SR Nagar. They arrested 12 people from Nellore, who were either engineering students or software employees. One of the accused, Sampath, brought the drugs from Goa for Prem Chand’s birthday celebration. Prem Chand, who is the son of Nellore Urban Development Authority (NUDA) Chairman Mukkala Dwarkanath, organized a drug party for around 30 people. It was discovered that the drugs were brought from Goa by a group of young people for the birthday party. All the engineers at the party were employees of a well-known software company and were involved in planning and participating in the event.
