    Sharmila, the president of YSRTP, was previously trying to form an alliance with the Congress but now plans to run independently. YSRTP is expected to contest in 100 seats in Telangana.

    There are rumors that Sharmila might run for two seats: Miryalaguda and Paleru. Her mother, Vijayamma, is likely to run for the Secunderabad constituency.

    Several candidates for different constituencies have already been chosen, including Pitta Ramreddy for Suryapet, Gudipalli Kavitha for Sattupalli, Satyavati for Bodhan, Arjun Reddy for Kalvakurthi, Venkateswara Reddy for Vanaparthi, Shanti Kumar for Narsampet, Anil Kumar for Adilabad, and Gattu Ramachandra Rao from Amberpet.

    Sharmila will hold an important meeting on Thursday to finalize the candidates and the party manifesto will also be completed soon.
