    Dasari Gopikrishna, a 32-year-old resident of Bapatla district in Andhra Pradesh, was shot and killed by an unidentified assailant in Arkansas, USA while working at a convenience store on Saturday evening. Gopikrishna had moved to the US eight months ago in search of work. The attacker shot him, took items from the store, and fled the scene. Gopikrishna sustained serious injuries and passed away while being treated at the hospital on Sunday.

    The news of Gopikrishna’s death shocked his family members. He is survived by his wife and son. The incident was captured on the store’s CCTV camera. YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his sadness over Gopikrishna’s death and called on the state government to support his family. He also requested the Ministry of External Affairs to provide assistance to Gopikrishna’s loved ones.

    Gopikrishna’s native village of Yazali mourned his tragic death. The community was devastated by the loss of one of their own. Jaganmohan Reddy extended his condolences to Gopikrishna’s family and urged for assistance to be provided during this difficult time.
