On Sunday, several youth organizations held a bike rally to honor the martyrdom day of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru.
The rally was organized by the Disha Students’ Organization and Naujawan Bharat Sabha. It started from Ashok Nagar and passed through RTC X Road, Chikkadpally, and Sundarayya Park. The event ended at the Arts College lawn of Osmania University.
During the rally, participants raised slogans, sang revolutionary songs, and delivered speeches. They aimed to spread awareness about the revolutionary leaders’ vision for an equal and just society.
Mahipal, a member of the Disha Students’ Organization, emphasized the importance of remembering Bhagat Singh. He pointed out that even after 77 years of independence, unemployment, economic inequality, and inflation remain serious issues. He said that the dream of revolutionaries was to create a society without caste discrimination or religious conflicts.
Mahipal also mentioned that the country is moving in the wrong direction. He stressed the need to unite people and focus on real issues like education, healthcare, employment, and secularism. He added that working towards these goals would be the true tribute to the martyrs.
