Yet another blow to BRS as Mahabubnagar ZP chairperson defects to Congress

In Hyderabad, another leader has left the BRS party to join the Congress. Mahbubnagar ZP chairperson, Swarna Sudhakar Reddy, joined the Congress party in a ceremony attended by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and AICC Secretary Vamsichand Reddy. CM Revanth Reddy welcomed her into the party by draping her with a scarf, while MLA Madhusudan Reddy also attended the event.

This is part of a trend where many BRS leaders have been leaving the party to join either Congress or BJP. Recently, Patnam Sunita Mahender Reddy, Chevella MP Ranjith Reddy, and Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender have also joined the Congress party.
