    Nagar Kurnool: On Monday, MLA Dr. Rajesh Reddy inaugurated the Indira Mahila Shakti Srisakthi Canteen at the old Collector’s Office in the district center.

    During the event, Dr. Reddy stressed the importance of women becoming economically self-reliant and excelling in all fields. He emphasized that empowering women is a top priority for the government.

    Dr. Reddy highlighted that under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the government has been introducing several initiatives for women’s empowerment. He pointed out that free bus services for women have already been implemented, along with a scheme offering gas cylinders for just 500 rupees. Additionally, he hinted that more schemes aimed at helping women would be launched in the near future.

    To further support women’s financial independence, Dr. Reddy announced plans to provide loans to women at very low-interest rates. Several councillors, leaders of women’s organizations, and other dignitaries were present at the event to show their support for these initiatives.
