A woman who was taken from Delhi’s Gokalpuri in 2006 has been found after 17 years. The 32-year-old was located by police on May 22. A case was registered when she was abducted, and the Seemapuri Police Station followed up on the complaint. During her investigation, she revealed that she lived with a man named Deepak in Cherdih District Baliya, Uttar Pradesh, after leaving her home. Eventually, she moved to rented housing in Gokalpuri after a disagreement with Deepak. In Shahdara, 116 kidnapped or abducted people have been found out of 301 missing people so far in 2023.
